The damage deposit may be paid in cash, Credit Card or certified check. Damage deposits are returned the week following the guests visit. In the event of damage to the unit, all damage is itemized, photographed and the amount for repair is deducted from the guests damage deposit. The Innkeepers retain the right to seek recovery of damage above the amount held in the damage deposit when damage exceeds the amount deposited.
