Recreation Information We have five beautiful yoga halls surrounded by views and gardens and filled with good energy. we hope to see you in class one day soon here at pura vida, one of the most amazing spots on the planet to take that inward journey that is the practice of yoga. pura vida offers a wide range of eco-adventure tours to satisfy just about everyone the thrill-seeker, the beachcomber, the bird watcher and the nature lover. in addition to yoga and eco-tours, pura vida offers a variety of workshops, meditations, seminars, guided hikes and more through the mind-body-spirit program. these various activities are included for those in the mbs program but are open to all our guests, in any other program, for a small fee per activity. the following activites are offered per week* at pura vida meditations - one seated meditation to help stay centered. coffee field hike - a lovely opportunity to stretch your legs and see some of the area surrounding pura vida. also learn a little about the important costa rican coffee industry. salsa dancing lessons - how could you leave central america without learning the steps to this latin classic very fun at the time of your stay at pura vida, other workshops may also be happening. |
