Three bedroom/ two bath or four bedroom/ three bath condos are available. Condos are 1376-1679 sq. ft., are equipped with two doubles, one king and one queen, and can accommodate up to nine guests. Household pets (cats and dogs only - maximum of two) 30 pounds or less are allowed in Private Pool Homes under management's discretion. Pets are not permitted in Town Homes. There is a pet charge of 200.00 upon check-in that is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning and sanitizing of the home, which is required by law. In addition, 300.00 will be authorized on the credit card which was provided upon arrival in the event that the pet(s) may damage the home, or any of its contents.
