This location is also half a mile from the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum and Cabrillo Boulevard, one mile from Sterns Wharf and State Street, and four miles from the Santa Barbara Mission. A circular main building with three floors, seven two-story mission-style buildings, and 24 landscaped acres comprise Fess Parker's (TV's Davy Crockett) property.
