Pinon Grill, a fine dining restaurant located in the oldest part of the Casa de Ortiz provides an intimate setting with a traditional kiva fireplace. The Conference Center provides 7,000 square feet of meeting space, and the Mesa Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 people. Eight meeting rooms allow for flexibility in accommodating most meeting agendas, with audiovisual equipment and video conferencing capabilities. The hotel offers 157 guestrooms decorated in traditional Santa Fean style, featuring original handcrafted furniture built by local artisans.
